Trivanta Ltd provides software platforms, digital services, advisory services, implementation services, integrations, managed services, support services, automation solutions, and related commercial offerings. All services are provided subject to separate contractual agreements where applicable.

Nothing contained within this website or portal shall constitute a binding offer, contractual commitment, warranty, service guarantee, or professional advisory engagement unless expressly confirmed in writing by Trivanta Ltd.

Users agree to use our platforms lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith, and shall not engage in misuse, unauthorised access attempts, security interference, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, data scraping, malicious submissions, intellectual property infringement, or activity that may disrupt platform operations.

Trivanta Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, deny, or discontinue access to any platform, feature, service, or functionality at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where operational, security, legal, or commercial circumstances require.

All intellectual property rights, including software, code, documentation, branding, workflows, methodologies, frameworks, designs, interfaces, content, graphics, technical concepts, automation logic, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Trivanta Ltd or its licensors unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

No user shall copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, redistribute, exploit, decompile, modify, republish, or commercially use any platform component, documentation, or proprietary material without prior written authorisation.

Trivanta Ltd makes reasonable efforts to maintain service quality, security, and availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, always-available, or fault-free platform access unless contractually committed under a specific service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trivanta Ltd disclaims liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, commercial, reputational, operational, or financial losses arising from use of, inability to use, reliance upon, or interruption of any platform, service, communication, or digital interaction.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials, authorised access management, endpoint security, and safeguarding account integrity.

Where client data, personal data, or business information is processed, such processing shall be governed by applicable privacy obligations, contractual commitments, and Trivanta Ltd’s Privacy Policy.

Trivanta Ltd reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse, fraud, security incidents, contractual breaches, or unlawful conduct and may take appropriate technical, operational, contractual, or legal action.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Mauritius unless otherwise expressly agreed by contract.

Continued use of Trivanta platforms or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
